Since I love to shop, I have made it my reward for healthy habits.. The only way to give myself shopping money (like how my parents gave me toy money when I got straight A’s), is to earn points by healthy habits. But there’s a catch, I get points taken away when I slip up....
not a paleo friendly lunch but tasty: 2 donuts followed by a bowl of asparagus (that’s more donuts than i ‘d normally eat in a year, teehee)
